Less waste. More wonder.
At Atelier Orea, sustainability isn’t a feature or trend - it’s the foundation. From soil to stitch, every decision is made to respect the earth, protect human health, and honor traditional craftsmanship.
We use only what the earth can reclaim.
Our materials are natural, biodegradable, and completely free from synthetics. We work with locally grown, chemical-free fibers. Everything we choose is gentle on skin, safe for soil, and created without plastic or polyester blends.
This is sustainability in its original form: clean materials, honest processes, and nothing unnecessary.
We honor traditional wisdom.
Sustainability isn’t new. It’s ancient. We partner with small farmers and artisan communities in Türkiye who preserve age-old methods: hand-looming, sun-drying, washing fabrics in natural basins. These are slower processes, but they protect local ecosystems and preserve generational knowledge.
We value authenticity over appearance.
Not every sustainable practice comes with a certificate - and not every certified fabric is truly clean.
While some of our materials do carry respected certifications, many come directly from small-scale growers and traditional textile makers who follow chemical-free, regenerative methods passed down for generations. Their work is transparent, resource-respectful, and rooted in genuine craft.
We design for longevity and circularity.
Every piece is created to last, soften, and age beautifully. We avoid fast trends and disposable design. When our products reach the end of their life cycle, they decompose naturally without harming the earth they came from.
This is what real circularity looks like: made with intention, used with care, and returned to nature.
Our packaging reflects our values.
Every detail matters - including how your products arrive. We use plastic-free, recyclable, biodegradable packaging designed to elevate the unboxing experience while leaving a light footprint.
