We want you to love your Atelier Orea purchase. If something isn’t right, we accept returns of unused, unwashed items within 21 days of delivery.
How to return
- Contact us at returns@atelierorea.com with your order number.
- Items must be returned in original packaging, with tags intact.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
Due to our limited production model, exchanges are subject to availability. If the item or size you prefer is in stock, we're happy to arrange an exchange. Otherwise, we recommend placing a new order once your return is processed.
Final Sale Items
Customized items, samples, or pieces marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
